and and im glad im not the only one that has noticed that Kara and Simon are looking more conjoined everyweek!
when they were confronted tonight the look they gave eachother was abit awkward,..like they actually really like eachother :/

Do Americans even know who Kate Bush is??? I certainly don't... You can't blame them for being ignorant if they honestly don't know... They will often times reference the more well know version if there are multiple versions of the song for that reason it's the one most people know...

Most of the guys suck. I wasn't impressed with Michael either. Ugh. The girls (apart from Paige and Katie) are good though. Didi and Lacey are my favs

Still hating Crystal. She acts like she's too cool for the show or something. Which is fair enough, but just GTFO.

I want to do all sorts of horrible things to Kara and Ellen really doesn't belong on this show.

LOL the guys suck for a reason... NONE of the Male winners have ever gone on to produce a successful album so they are desperate to have a girl win... For the most part the girls are a little bit more pliable and they can mold them into whatever they want them to be after the shows over. Crystal is the new Adam Lambert aka the golden child the public will probably get sick of them pimping her especially if a few others start coming into their own soon. For the most part people like Crystal that have never really watched the show and only auditioned to get noticed usually act the same way. Blake Lewis is another great example of this type of behavior.

The show is basically imploding in itself right now... The format is stale and so is the talent... The judges are pretty full of themselves and really expect too much... They expect too much and often flip flop and give vague advice... I remember the days when all you had to do was sing a great song well and you were praised... Also they keep pushing more contemporary songs on these kids which isn't helping either. I mean it's hard to sing a modern song that everyone's heard on the radio hundreds of times over the past few years and make it your own or not have people make a direct comparison. The classics have been done time and time again and sung by many different artists and have many different versions and sounds and they are songs people can relate to and have grown attached to and they never get old because you don't hear them everyday. I don't think the talent pool has died out but I think their choices are a little too calculated... Trying to find the next Kelly Clarkson or Carrie Underwood... Even with fresh meat on the panel the oldies are still the ones leading the way on most things. There's a lot of over-thinking on both sides of the table and for the most part the viewers are like sheep and will more often than not head the advice of the producers/judges.

BTW I love Kara too...

On another note now that we are going into the Top 12 watch the performance order and the eliminations... The one they are desperate to pimp is usually the last to preform while the first to preform is the one at the most risk of being eliminated.... Looking at history up until the final 3 the person to preform last no matter how bad they preform has NEVER been eliminated. When the numbers dwindle you may see certain people in that spot more than others...

I think Crystal might actually not be 'the chosen one' this year. I actually think that they have pimped the hell out of Crystal only to throw her under the bus during the top 12 and they will go ahead and promote their real chosen one.

I honestly can't see Crystal winning this thing and going and selling records to a mainstream audience. She is probably the least flexible musically speaking out of the girls. It would be hard for the record company to mould her according to what they see fit. I think Simon knows Crystal would have a hard time being 'commercial' so to speak and up until now the producers have just been using her.

I'm seriously waiting for her to just walk out, realising this show is a load of bullshit. She actually has never watched the show in her life so she had no idea what she was getting herself into.
