I thought it was Joe with the Commando. I loved the shot of him in jeans and no shirt standing in the dam the other day - what lucky lady is posing him I wonder?

Considering Dave, Lisa and Shannon have barely done any conditioning for the marathon due to injury how are they going to face the 42k's ?? Will Shannon even be able to do it?

nah they wont do it. it will be the same stipulations- 200 metres (waste of time IMO...thats like walking from their bedroom to the kitchen and back at Camp BL) for shannon, 20 minutes for lisa, and not at all for dave(what is wrong with him anyway?) and there would probably be some eliminated contestants that cant partisipate for those same reasons.
