It was a fun little cooking show.

Poh made a few cakes, and a French dude made croissants.
And she laughed alot and showed off her teeth.

A harmless pleasant little thing.

I did. It was alright, I wouldn't mind watching it again but I wish she'd stop laughing like that all the time. It's a wee bit annoying.

Seemed a poor mans version of the chef and the cook show.

Where instead of Poh doing some cooking she is more or less learn how to do something and then tries to show off to a chef with something basic she learned from her mum.

I didn't really see what she was doing but seemed overall a case of her just sitting and seeing what the chef did and that was it really, I was expecting something more or different.

After making a lukewarm premiere with a national audience of 539,000 on February 10, Poh's Kitchen dropped 70,000 viewers on its second outing on Wednesday night.

The new cooking program, which replaced the Maggie Beer and Simon Bryant series The Cook And The Chef, was beaten by its major 6.30pm timeslot rivals Today Tonight (Seven), A Current Affair (Nine) and Neighbours (Ten).

It was never expected that Poh's Kitchen would challenge the more than one million viewers Today Tonight and A Current Affair draw each night.

However, signing the Adelaide artist for the 42 episodes was a coup for the ABC after her success on Ten.

I keep forgetting it's on of a Wednesday. I did manage to catch a repeat this morning though, and I quite enjoyed it. And I'm desperate for spicy Thai curry now.
